Women over fifty have a wealth of life experiences that are fascinating to others, and we would like to hear yours! Each month we will choose a new story and post it on our website. This is not a place for promotion of your business or service offerings (we will remove any identifying information except for your name and website) but a place to share your experience.

We ask that you follow the guidelines below to submit your stories. If you include photographs, please send them in .jpg or .gif formats. For further information, please contact us by going to the "Contact Us" page.

To be qualified for "Your Stories" in www.bravotolife.com, your story:

* MUST BE AN ORIGINAL ARTICLE THAT YOU WROTE. www.bravotolife.com is a website for fabulous women over fifty. We are looking for inspiring articles that tell a story about your life and what you have learned that can be of help to other women over fifty.

* MUST NOT BE AN ARTICLE YOU BOUGHT, OR RIPPED-OFF, FROM THE PUBLIC DOMAIN. Please make it your own story. That's where the value lies for our readers.

* MUST BE INFORMATIVE, AND SHARE YOUR UNIQUE EXPERIENCE.
In addition to your story, feel free to Include tips, strategies, techniques, analysis, opinions and commentary in your story.

* MUST NOT be a press release, advertisement, sales letter, promotional copy, or blatant and excessive self-promotion or hype.

* MUST BE WRITTEN WITH PROPER ENGLISH spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure. We reserve the right to edit the content to include English punctuation rules, and to turn it into proper English, if necessary.

* MUST NOT CONTAIN PORNOGRAPHY/ADULT MATERIAL, hate or violence-oriented, suggest racial intolerance, advocate against any individual or group, have insulting, obscene, degrading tone, or contain profanity.

* MUST NOT CONTAIN CONTENT ABOUT VIOLENCE against others of any sort, support for terrorism/ radicalism/ religious fanaticism, illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia, or the promotion of hard alcohol/tobacco-related products or prescription drugs.

* MUST NOT contain any content that is a violation of any law, be considered defamatory, libelous, or infringes on the legal rights of others.

In your submission, be sure to also include your full name, the name of your business, URL, email address, and phone number. We will acknowledge receipt of your story, and will advise you if we will be publishing it.
